While the rooms had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and air freshener due to hockey team activities, they were generally decent. The dining experience was mixed with some confusion about freebies and modest breakfast offerings. The hotel boasts a massive parking lot and two televisions in the rooms.
The hotel has a nice, clean, air-conditioned room, and the staff were super friendly and kind. The location is perfect for us when coming to Windsor. The dining was delicious, with lovely staff, but it could improve its booking process. The facilities were great, offering gluten-free dishes.
